What are your delivery options and costs?

We offer several delivery methods including standard home delivery, express shipping, and free 'Click & Collect' at any Kiabi store. Delivery is free for orders over a specific threshold, otherwise a flat rate applies based on your location.

How can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Returns are free when made in-store. For mail-in returns, please use the prepaid label provided in your account area; a small processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Kiabi gift cards. In certain regions, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through our financial partners.

How do I find the right size for me or my children?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements in centimeters and inches to help you choose the perfect fit across our baby, kids, and adult collections.

Can I track the status of my order?
