Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kiabi, if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Kiabi customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Choose a Return Method

  Drop off your package at any authorized Kiabi store for free, or use a local collection point by printing the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
